The Portuguese team prepared and sent the Superfood parcel to their Italian friends.Their parcel contained codfish and a typical Portuguese Christmas cake with dried fruit.

When the Italian team took the Portuguese parcel and started opening it, they were so happy to find a traditional Portuguese Christmas cake, two recipes together with Christmas wishes and the stock fish, the Portuguese bachalau !!!
