The Czech team prepared and sent the Superfood parcel to the Greek team.The Czech parcel contained a packet of poppy seed and a printed recipe of a delicious traditional Czech cake the contains poppy seed and is called Makovec!
The Greek team opened the parcel from the Czech Republic on November, 27.It was a wonderful parcel including a packet of poppy seed and an interesting recipe of a poppy seed cake.They read with much interest the useful information of the Czech team about the nutritious value of the Czech Superfood.The Greek team enjoyed receiving the Czech parcel a lot and appreciated the opportunity to learn new things about the nutritional value of this Superfood and how Czech people use it in their cuisine.
The Greek team opened the packet of the poppy seed and gave a small quantity of it to many teachers who were in the staff room so that they had the chance to try it.
